Lesson 0 - Front Matter and URLs
First, notice that the file is named lesson-0-front-matter-and-urls.md - everything before the .md becomes the unique part of the post URL, like so: inherentlee.codeberg.page/lessons/gallery/lesson-0-front-matter-and-urls/. It's useful to name your files in a way that matches their titles.
File names must be unique, and must not contain spaces. Don't use punctuation in your file names other than separating dashes.
The material in between the dashes at the top of this page is called "front matter" and it defines important information about the page.
It's important to avoid colons in your front matter except in between the variable name and value. "title: Lesson 0 - Front Matter and URLs" is OK. "title: Lesson 0: Front Matter and URLs" is not!
Tags are set in the front matter. Tags can include spaces, and should always be lowercase.
